@Leon_Schreib This is great. Low hanging fruit: ask someone to open the inbox for ID cards for Naturalised Citizens. Perhaps respond to those individuals with invites to collect their cards. My mum’s card is at Caledon and they won’t let her collect without an invite. 2 months and crickets.
