@Oxford_Sparky @GBNEWS Same experience. Check out how many of your local NHS GPs are now working in private GP clinics on the side whilst still being paid by the NHS . It’s called double bubble and the private bubble pays much better. Fewer appointments available because they are not there.

The NHS fund their “day job” practices but don’t specify how many people they should see a day. It’s called double bubble!
