This is John's son. I must inform all of you that my father passed. He died from what appears to be some alcoholism. He did not have cancer. He was never in the military. Any money you gave him went to buy him booze.

Done for the day and was online reading some news before we lock up. Decent day even if was just for some regular / annual medical tests. But if felt good to fill the rest of my day doing intake records and packing ready to hand out packages at the food bank.

Just checking in for a minute. I'm using a computer at the hospital, just here for an MRI, blood work and pulmonary function test. It's a routine exam. My power was shut off since Friday morning as I mentioned. Bored as Hell. Feels good to be out, even if here.

When I'm done here I'm going to the food bank to help with delivery intake since I haven't in a while and heard they've been short on volunteers thanks to a new wave of COVID in the area. I'll just do records and pack some ready made boxes. Be nice to do something.

Man. Nothing I do is helping with these intense waves of anxiety hitting me. They'll pass for a bit but for just a couple of minutes before hitting me again. I took my anxiety medication, at my limit and it's not helping a heck of a lot or the depression. Its maddening and sucks.

These materials are for sale. Yet some planned to be used for a fall out plan by Putin, explode dirty bombs in larger cities.
