I booked a Tatkal ticket for ₹523, but it was booked as waitlisted. It didn't get confirmed even after final charting, and Railways refunded only ₹445.

Where did the rest ₹78 go? How much does Railways earn daily through this???

Booked a bus on Paytm (Order ID: 25794143777) with Haridas Premium Class Bus Services. The bus was delayed by a shocking 9–10 hours! I raised this with Paytm the same day, but still replied, no support, no accountability. This is absolutely unacceptable. @Paytm @PaytmTravel
