Ang makabuluhang reporma sa ating sistema ng pagbubuwis ay dapat magpagaan sa pasanin ng mga ordinaryong Pilipino at magbukas ng mas maraming oportunidad para sa mga matagal nang naiiwan.

Anumang reporma sa ating tax system ay dapat tiyaking ang bunga ng paglago ng ekonomiya ay nararamdaman ng bawat pamilyang Pilipino—lalo na ng mga manggagawa, magsasaka, mangingisda, maliliit na negosyante, at mga pamilyang hirap makasabay sa patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin.
