@PaulTassi I think they had the roles cast long before they revealed them, obviously. I think it’s an old proof of concept/costume picture from when they first casted the main two. (Copium, probably, but it’s my most generous guess)

@quitten__ @cinnomng1rl It’s my least favorite part tbh. I don’t like that if I search demogorgon, it’s ST’s monster, and not a tentacle-armed double skeleton baboon. I also don’t like that it’s A demogorgon and THE Mindflayer, given that Demogorgon is one guy and mindflayer is a species.
