229 new affordable homes are coming to the Bronx.

We just broke ground on Sol on Park:
• 80 homes for current NYCHA residents
• 69 homes for formerly homeless seniors
• 79 homes for low- and middle-income seniors
• 8,000 sq. ft. of community space, including a health and wellness center 

This is what’s possible when we invest in NYCHA and use the power of government to build a City where New Yorkers come first.
