Dear champions and long-term community members, It has been nearly four years since Tribo Games and Rumble Arcade were created, with the belief that players deserve better: better designs, better support, and better fun. From the free mint of our Flameys NFT collection to the creation of Rumble Arcade, our goal was always to build something different: a game where engagement, distribution, competition and community could be deeply connected. That journey came with real promise, real challenges, and incredible support, feedback and inspiration from this community. Your love for Rumble Arcade pushed us to think differently about what systems and experiences could look like in this space. Despite these successes, there was a growing disconnect between the traditional and Web3 gaming audience Rumble Arcade needed, and the audience we were able to reach through organic traffic. As a result, some of the game’s fundamental features never reached the level of engagement they needed to perform. Building and running Rumble Arcade cost many times more than the game brought in. That was only sustainable while there was funding to cover the gap, and we invested heavily in the belief that we could close it. The numbers did not put us on a trajectory that justified continuing to invest more resources, and alternative options were not realistic or added even more complications. We love this game, we love this community, and we gave it everything. But we have to be honest with ourselves and with you. Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to wind down Tribo Games and Rumble Arcade. This is a painful outcome, given the love Rumble Arcade has received from this community. As part of this process, we must immediately stop all development on Rumble Arcade and begin sunsetting the game. Tribo Games will very soon enter the official insolvency process, which limits how we can handle any outstanding claims and payments. Unfortunately, this means no further withdrawal requests, buybacks or compensations can be processed. The shop has also been disabled, and no further purchases can be made in any version of the game. We wish we'd had more freedom to communicate on this and more options to avoid this outcome. We are sorry we couldn't, and we hope you will understand the intricacies of the situation. The current plan is to shut down servers around the end of July. Over the coming weeks, we will also wind down side services such as in-game support, Discord, websites and other social accounts related to Rumble Arcade and Tribo Games. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey since the beginning. Many of you were with us when Tribo Games was announced. You gave us the motivation, support, feedback, love and strength to take on the challenge of building Rumble Arcade. You made this journey exciting, fun, memorable and worth fighting for.
