@richardmtl I'm the only person who can remove ratings, I do so very infrequently and the only time this is done is if a rating is reported by another user because 1) the rating says they haven't tasted the rum, 2) there is no rating (eg writing xxxxx or ......), or 3) profanity

@richardmtl Nope, we don't have the practice of clearing ratings from unused accounts. Maybe you have another account you used previously???

@GaliziaLello72 Sorry about that, we've had troubles with our IOS app and getting the image uploader to work. If you use the web or the PWA it should work fine - just remove the existing IOS app and you should be able to immediately download the PWA which is a better experience

@WINERUFFIAN We just launched a nifty PWA, but still having some troubles making it play nice with all platforms. A few users have reported problems, and when we instructed them to clear cache/cookies, everything worked for them Maybe give that a try and let us know?
