@O2 It’s a bit late for that. After agents lying . And now this morning finding out the manager who dealt with the complaint has also lied and not done their job , I’m taking this further.
@subrugbylad@O2 All I wanted to do was change a payment date. They said they did it but didn’t. Now going back on their word that they moved it. It’s not the money. It’s the being lied to. Awful awful service !!
