Instead of demanding his resignation, the protest should have demanded new laws and strict action. The demand should have been that whoever was behind this should receive the strictest possible punishment.

This resignation won’t make even 1% of a difference. It won’t do anything in the interest of the students. The only people who benefited from this were the politicians.
