PR guy specialising in #property. Housing expert for media. Political commentator on GB News etc. Reform UK Hutton Councillor and Dep Leader of Essex CC.
I’m so looking forward to this week.
Under strict supervision from Puch and Charlotte of course, I take the reins temporarily whilst the MG legend takes a very, very well deserved break in a secret location somewhere posh and hot.
Will you join me in keeping his chair warm?

Copycat Conservatives strike again.
First they borrowed Reform’s stance on the ECHR. Then they turned on the Net Zero agenda they created. Now they’re saying the Equality Act isn’t fit for purpose.
They had 14 years to act. They chose not to.
Never forget. Never forgive.

The horrific attack in Belfast last night is sickening.
I have absolutely no tolerance for abhorrent scenes of violence like this on our streets.
My thoughts are first and foremost with the victim, and I thank the first responders, including members of the public who intervened.
A privilege to sit in for the big man today and, hopefully, the rest of the week as @Iromg attends to some overdue DIY jobs at his holiday caravan in Frinton.
Three hours of me ‘getting away with it’. Massive impostor’s syndrome but seemed to go ok.
See you tomorrow at 7am.

🚨 Enfield residents have to wait almost 5 years for a council home.
That comes directly from the council’s latest FOI response to me.
They revealed:
❌ Residents must wait 4 years and 8 months on average
❌ Nearly 8,000 households are currently on the housing waiting list
Remember, this is a London borough that has recently signed up to become a “sanctuary borough”.
So while thousands of local residents wait years for housing…
…those arriving illegally and allowed to stay, are often prioritised for accommodation immediately.
How exactly is that fair on the people of Enfield?
