@StephenPunwasi Guardrail designed to prevent catastrophic results if a driver makes a mistake…@HSD_OPP investigate first airborne car. Determine guardrail didn’t perform because of MTO snow ramp. Shrug shoulders, opens highway. Few hours later, young lady dies. Sgt Schmidt…lanes were good.

@WR_Record @OPP_HSD Sgt Kerry Schmidt was only doing what he was told….get the heat off the OPP so they try to avoid culpability. Lost a lot of credibility here. Guard rail failed and OPP knew it would.

@OPP_HSD Wow…did Sgt Schmidt ever work hard to carry the water for OPP and MTO on the report about the flyover fatality. Victim blaming 101…Hey Sarge…if there was no reason to close the highway the first crash…why was it closed for snow removal the second crash. HYPOCRITE
