I've simulated the World Cup 100,000 times and one thing is already clear about the new 48-team format:
✅ 6 pts = 100% qualify
✅ 4 pts = 99.8% qualify
⚠️ 3 pts = 67% qualify
❌ 2 pts = 5% qualify
The new format is quite forgiving.
3 points and a -2 goal difference gets you through more often than not.

@GJacome10@in90minutespod They do this with young players that they want to develop. Casemiro refused to take a smaller pay cut at Man United but suddenly willing to take an 80% pay cut to play with Messi? There are always red flags with Miami and no investigation. To the level they deny reporters to game
@ZachNagel7 I was there, had seats down the third base line. Simmons also called for interferring with a throw while running down the first base line. Chipper throw a ball into RF from third base... was one of the weirdest games ive been too.
@Russ5Tide@Jomboy_ No, the tap has to be within 2 or so seconds. The MLB even sent out instructions saying so. Which is why Jomboy counts them out. The umpire is just a man baby.
@SoccerwithDoug Who, What league, what era. Too much context missing for me. MLS pro ref misses calls every week, this is another example. They botched the NE goal call (benefited us) and they botched this.
@RobUsry If a striker goes down this easy we say hes looking for the call and don't give the pen....but when a GK goes down like this its a foul? This is why nobody noticed when MLS used replacement refs in 2024.
@FelipeCar MLS pro will come out midweek and say they got it wrong.... just like they did when NE scored against us... MLS has the worst refs in the world and im not being hyperbolic.
