@jo01012020@BeastModeSoccer Right now it's because they are lying talking about college football tickets costing $300 to go. Only a few games cost that much and that's also on secondary markets... and it's the most widely attended sporting event in the US.
@usmntonly Also, I want to watch the USMNT. Where in the world could I find these $300 tickets. I was in the lotteries to pay face value for tickets and never even came close. Now that they are on the secondary market they are a few mortgage payments to go to the game w/o travel and hotel
@usmntonly What is he talking about?
A- College football might be the most popular sport to attend in the United States. There are 68 Power 4 teams (best in college) and most of the stadiums (55-115 thousand capacity) are full. That's just P4.
B- Still, regular tickets are not close to $300
@rick_pfeifer@HawkHoops94 Respect what Nebraska did in hoops this year but no, not the super bowl. Pretty bad take
Iowa also won 2 of 3 this year. We swept womens hoops and football. I'm not sure what we lost in other than volleyball and maybe soccer?
@CBSSportsGolazo@USMNT@paramountplus Absolute, all-time favorite USMNT player. Knew what it meant to grind, suffer, and be thankful for every opportunity. This man never took wearing the stars and stripes for granted. Man I miss Dempsey...
