जयपुर में कल आयोजित हुई NEET PG परीक्षा में परीक्षा केंद्र में तकनीकी खराबी के कारण परीक्षा प्रकिया प्रभावित हुई और अभ्यर्थियों ��ो परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। आज फिर उसी परीक्षा केंद्र पर आयोजित AIIMS की परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थियों को तकनीकी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा।

दो दिन, दो महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षाएं!

छात्रों को इन समस्याओं को लेकर विरोध करना पड़े, तो यह स्पष्ट है कि परीक्षा व्यवस्था में अपेक्षित सुधार नहीं हुआ है।

इन दोनों परीक्षाओं में आयोजन की खामियों की ज़िम्मेदारी तय होनी चाहिए। प्रभावित छात्रों की मांग को गंभ���रता से सुना जाना चाहिए और उनकी समस्याओं का उचित निराकरण किया जाना चाहिए।

हल्द्वानी में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष @Kharge जी के भाषण के बाद सभास्थल के हुए “शुद्धिकरण” के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराने के लिए कई प्रयास किए गए, लेकिन आज तक FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई। वहीं, विडंबना देखिए— इस मुद्दे को छुआछूत और भेदभाव से जोड़कर नेता प्रतिपक्ष @RahulGandhi जी ने ���से दलित समाज का अपमान बताया, तो उन्ही के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज हो गई।

क्या न्याय की मांग करना भी अपराध है? FIR और मुकदमों के दबाव में आवाज़ नहीं दबाई जा सकती। भाजपा का दलित-विरोधी चेहरा उजागर हो चुका है।

सामाजिक न्याय, समानता और संविधान की रक्षा के लिए राहुल जी और कांग्रेस पार्टी की आवाज़ पहले की तरह बुलंद रहेगी।

STORY | FIR registered against Rahul Gandhi over Haldwani 'purification' remarks

An FIR has been registered against Rahul Gandhi, following a complaint by a member of the Valmiki community in Haldwani alleging that the Congress leader gave a casteist spin to a religious ritual held at the venue of the AICC chief's programme, police said on Sunday.

The FIR has been registered under various provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) concerning the promotion of enmity between groups and deliberate acts intended to outrage religious feelings. The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has also been invoked, police said.

Amit Kumar, a resident of Jawahar Nagar and a Shri Ram Sena Dharmarth Seva Nyas member, claimed in the complaint filed at the Haldwani police station that he was present during the "ritual and cleanliness drive" and Gandhi's remarks made in Delhi at a press conference on August 29 hurt the sentiments of the community.

जयपुर में NEET-PG परीक्षा के दौरान तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण परीक्षा प्रभावित होना बेहद गंभीर मामला है।

सवाल सिर्फ परीक्षा के रद्द या reschedule होने का नहीं है।
आखिर परीक्षाओं में हो रही कितनी लापरवाहियों का खामियाजा मेहनती छात्रों को कब तक भुगतना पड़ेगा ? साथ ही, इन व्यवस्थाओं की विफलता की जवाबदेही कब तय होगी?

पेपरलीक और परीक्षाओं में बार-बार सामने आ रही संस्थागत खामियों के बीच सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान उस छात्र का होता है जिसने दिन-रात मेहनत की है।

देशभर में छात्रों ने पेपरलीक और परीक्षा व्यवस्था की पारदर्शिता, विश्वसनीयता और प्रणाली में सुधार को लेकर आवाज उठाई है। इसके बावजूद अगर बार-बार वही समस्याएं सामने आती रहें, तो सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है कि क्या पिछली गलतियों से कोई सबक लिया भी गया है?

A candidate, Vishnu Sharma, said, “I have come here to take the exam. Right from the start, even before the exam could properly begin, the system kept shutting down. It would run for two minutes and then crash. This has happened at least 20 times. We kept trying to cooperate, thinking, ‘Okay, maybe it will work now,’ but it just keeps shutting down repeatedly. Meanwhile, all the students are discussing the situation among themselves. It feels like a seventh- or eighth-grade exam where students are chatting with each other. When they charge us so much money, can’t they provide proper facilities for an exam of this magnitude, one of the biggest in the country? We are doctors who treat others. You expect us to provide the best care and facilities for everyone, yet when we face a situation like this, no one takes responsibility. No one is willing to own up to it. Our demand is clear. This isn’t just about our specific centre. The exam shouldn’t just be retaken at our centre; it needs to be cancelled and re-conducted across the entire country. It must be cancelled nationwide.”

भाजपा को यह समझना चाहिए कि देश का संविधान सबके लिए समान है और उसमें दिए गए अधिकार हर नागरिक के लिए हैं।

आदरणीय मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे जी सामाजिक न्याय के सशक्त प्रहरी है और उनका अपमान सहन नहीं किया जा सकता है। SC/ST एक्ट के तहत FIR दर्ज कर दोषियों पर कठोर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।

नरेंद्र मोदी जी, देश के हर दलित व्यक्ति को आपकी यह दलित विरोधी विचारधारा साफ़ दिखाई दे रही है।

अब गेंद BJP के पाले में है - जल्द स�� जल्द SC-ST क़ानून के तहत FIR दर्ज हो, कार्रवाई हो और न्याय हो - वरना कांग्रेस पार्टी न्याय हासिल करना अच्छे से जानती है।

While Penguine Random House is publishing the book internationally, what was the rationale behind Penguin India asking for these changes and deletions? Were they under any pressure?

The book is a reflection of her journey, and she has the freedom to tell her story. Smt. Sonia Gandhi ji has dedicated her life to the service of the nation, and her memoir is a testament to her courage and determination.

Any demand to alter or delete these reflections under the guise of “editorial decisions” raises questions about author’s freedom to tell one’s story.

In a democracy, difficult voices and inconvenient perspectives must have the freedom to be heard.

कुछ दिन पूर्व हल्द्वानी उत्तराखंड में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और राज्यसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष @Kharge जी की सभा के बाद स्थल का “शुद्धिकरण” किया गया। यह ना सिर्फ उनका अपमान था, बल्कि संविधान की मूल भावना और सामाजिक न्याय की विचारधारा के भी विपरीत है।

उत्तराखंड भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट ने इस “शुद्धिकरण” को सही ठहराया हैं। BJP-RSS को जवाब देना चाहिए — क्या वे इस “शुद्धिकरण” को सही मान��े है? क्या वे खरगे जी के अपमान को सही ठहराते रहेंगे? आख़िर भाजपा सामाजिक न्याय, समानता और संविधान की भावना की बात किस नैतिक आधार पर करती है?

इस मामले पर कांग्रेस पार्टी ने सख्त कार्रवाई की माँग करी थी। लेकिन जब भाजपा के नेता ही इस कृत्य को सही ठहरा रहे हैं, तो ऐसे में न्याय और निष्पक्षता की क्या उम्मीद की जा सकती है?

यह सिर्फ दलितों और वंचितों का अपमान नहीं, बल्कि संविधान द्वारा दिए गए समानता के अधिकार का भी अपमान है।
