Scotland has been a key partner in the development of the new Antimicrobial Resistance National Action Plan.

Using antibiotics that have been lying in the house for a while means they may have expired.
When antibiotics reach their expiration date, there’s no guarantee they will be safe or effective, potentially leading to more serious illness.
