🚨 BREAKING: @GOPHELP Committee Chairman @SenBillCassidy and GOP colleagues just published a report on the 3 U.S. abortion drug manufacturers. @FDA has repeatedly loosened its oversight of the drugs, and the report found that even the few remaining safeguards are not being upheld by the manufacturers.

This flagrant disregard for federal regulations has opened the door to widespread distribution via online sellers. Our research found that 81% of these online businesses ship abortion drugs to the U.S. far beyond the FDA's 10-week gestational limits.

Abortion drug manufacturers must be held accountable for prioritizing profit over unborn lives and the health and safety of women.

Massachusetts is now the 10th state, plus D.C., to legalize abortion up to birth. The U.S. remains one of just eight countries with no national gestational limit.

Many babies born after 22 weeks' gestation or even earlier could survive if given appropriate medical care. One 2024 Canadian study of over 13,000 abortions in the second and early third trimesters found that 11% resulted in a live birth.
