CU Athletics @CUBuffs and the Munsterteiger family will be holding a Celebration of Life for Adam Munsterteiger @adamcm777, who passed away on May 19.  Adam was a longtime beat reporter for the Buffs, telling stories of CU programs and student-athletes for over two decades, touching countless lives in the process. 

The celebration of Adam's life is open to the public and will be held on Friday, June 12 from 5-7 p.m. in the Byron R. White Club located in Folsom Field.  

Guests are encouraged to wear either CU or other sports team attire. #skobuffs

Everyone at Sko Buffs Sports is heartbroken to learn of the passing of Adam Munsterteiger.

Adam’s contributions to the CU community will always be remembered. Our deepest condolences go to his wife, Liz, and their family.

My parents dont live in Colorado.

When I was in school, Adam made sure I was getting to class on time.

Adam made sure I was taking care of myself.

Adam opened his home to me if I ever needed it.

Adam was my boss for a bit, but he was like a parent to me when I needed it.

I feel forever lucky for it.

Adam passed at 11:11 pm.
Asleep, peaceful, and surrounded by love and family. As he always used to say to me: “I love you! You’re my favorite noun.”
