@BraisonAgent I would invite to see how United is doing on this. A complete different process, integrated and that avoids HOURS on the phone with Lufthansa customer center to try to make something work. It becomes such a hassle that I am not looking forward to my next trip on LH with my pets
@BraisonAgent Hi Daniel. Appreciate that you pride yourself on giving 100% to customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise you to review your booking process when pets in cabin are involved. It cannot be that when you book your flight, the availability of pets in cabin is not considered

So they are asking you to also confirmed with them on a separate call that the reservation is done.
It is time for @lufthansa Group to update their antiquated reservation system. Like @united, also a @staralliance company, which correctly considered pets-in-cabin.

Now you need to spend hours on the phone for AGAIN rebooking your flight when availability exists for your #pets.
Imagine, that on top, one of your connection is an operated company of Lufthansa, 100% owned by them, @AirDolomite. The reservation system is not the same.

@tomaspueyo - you are right. There is no French word for βhugβ because that concept of hugging does not exist in the French culture.
