800 block of NE 42nd St: The fire is under control. Firefighters will remain on scene for several hours to monitor for any potential flare ups.
One firefighter did report minor injuries and was assessed by an aid crew.
The cause is under investigation.

CLEARED: All lanes along EB I-90 through the Mount Baker Tunnel are now back open. The Rainier Ave N on-ramp to EB I-90 has reopened too. The scene is clear.
UPDATE: Two right lanes and the on-ramp from Ranier Ave N are currently blocked inside the Mount Baker Tunnel along I-90 EB (MP 4) due to a collision. EB I-90 traffic is currently backed up to the juncture with I-5 near the stadiums. Expect delays in the area.
