The SEOPW CRA has officially canceled RFP 25-02 for the Barbeque Restaurant Leasing & Operations at 350 NW 8th Street, Miami, FL.

We are reworking the proposal process to better include community input. Stay tuned for a revised RFP coming soon!

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

The property will be open to the public for a second opportunity to visit the space on June 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

Make-A-Wish Southern Florida Finker-Frenkel Wish House in Overtown grants up to 600 wishes annually to children diagnosed with critical illnesses within the Southern Florida chapter alone. Our contribution of $2 million supported the development of this new facility!
