Great Sunday in Worcester and Wayland!

Started with an amazing lunch with my daughters at Vejigantes, then it was off to Polar Park for the WooSox game. I’m deeply honored by the Debt to a Vet recognition and had a blast celebrating Dominican Republic and Hispanic culture.

After the game, I was so inspired by our incredible grassroots volunteers energized to canvass in Worcester. Capped it all off with everyone at the Wayland DTC summer picnic!

Senator Markey should listen to Senator Markey.

Ed Markey invested in a VC fund that gave him holdings in 14 tech companies that went through IPOs or mergers while he was sitting on the Senate committee that regulates them. 

Despite claiming to be transparent, Senator Markey has refused to make public over half of his family’s investments, purposely hiding them from public scrutiny.

In his 50 years in Congress, Ed Markey’s net worth has increased by 876%, according to Senate Financial Disclosure records. 

I’m calling on Senator Markey to follow my lead and provide the public with a complete view of his entire family’s finances.

Father Ben Madu spent nearly five years serving Salem Hospital and the Cape Ann community. He was days away from his 25th anniversary as a priest.

Instead of celebrating, our North Shore community is mourning his tragic passing. Father Ben was trapped by a failing DHS policy that required him to leave the country to renew his visa, while the administration simultaneously froze cases for countries like Nigeria. He faced a forced departure to a region where he explicitly told parishioners he feared for his life.

The inhumane hypocrisy and utter incompetence of this immigration policy has real, fatal human costs. Father Ben deserved so much better.

Jenny Racicot chose truth over political convenience, despite deeply believing in the progressive goals Graham Platner espoused. Her account must be believed and respected, and we must honor her courage. These are serious, disturbing allegations. Graham Platner must formally drop out now so the voters can choose a replacement to carry the movement's torch and beat Susan Collins this November.
