Created their account this month, started with zero followers. In that time, they’ve reported us to Trading Standards, left multiple false Trustpilot reviews (since removed), and are now consistently replying to anyone who engages with us.

We wouldn’t usually address this — but since blocks on X no longer prevent someone from replying to others, here’s our position:

✅ We’ve spoken directly with Trading Standards and clarified how we operate
✅ Our business address is now more clearly visible on our website as advised
✅ All product pages clearly state whether the item is an original, player issue, or stadium style replica
✅ We’re not affiliated with any football clubs or official kit manufacturers
✅ We never claim an item is officially licensed unless explicitly stated
✅ Our full Terms & Conditions are public and transparent
✅ We are registered with HMRC as a sole trader and file regular tax returns

📌 In many cases, especially with stadium style replicas, the shirt is simply the canvas. The item is not sold with the intention of reselling a branded football shirt — it’s sold as a piece of signed memorabilia, where the value lies in the authenticated autograph, proof of signing, and any bespoke framing if chosen. The shirt itself holds no standalone commercial value in this context.
