⚠️IMPORTANT - Contact Centre Update

Following this week's upgrade to our Call Centre systems for homes previously managed by SHG (Southern Housing Group), we’re continuing to experience high call volumes and some technical issues.

⚠️Following this week's upgrade to our Call Centre systems, we're currently experiencing high call volumes and some technical issues.

We kindly ask for your patience and request that you only contact us by phone for urgent or emergency matters.

🔴Payments: We're unable to take payments over the phone at the moment. However, you can still make payments quickly and securely via our online customer portal.

⚠️Want to contact us about a home previously managed by SHG? Our contact centre will be unavailable between 15 January and 16 January while we update our telephony platform.

📞We'll only be able to accept emergency calls during this time.
