Too many inexperienced ppl out here tryna make 💰 off new traders and leading them down the drain. I learned a lot of what I know from working on the trade desk floor at T Rowe, before that I was with the fixed income teams. I still play tennis with a few of my old colleagues. 🤧

Working on the desk at T. Rowe Price taught me to see who’s trapped long, who’s short, who has to unwind and derisk into the print. Algos lifting, sweeps hitting, blocks crossing in the dark, that is the edge…🤧

We went with $SNOW and $NTAP instead, not every stock printing earnings is actually in play. What I learned working on the trade desk floor is you gotta read the whole book, street positioning, real flows, tape, color, where the axe is and where the bow is building.
