I'm still very insistent on Avatar being 3/5 if you haven't seen much footage. You legit blow through a FT5 in like 10 minutes with the score being like 5-4 its crazy.

Tokon should absolutely be randomized stage. Or maybe Injustice rules?

Haven't had as much time as I'd like to check out Avatar or the Tōkon Beta while traveling and prepping for CEO in a few weeks but how's everyone been enjoying them?

TO talk time:

For Avatar should Assists be locked for the winner but loser can change? And until a few big offline tournaments happen first, then and only then should we entertain it being potentially a 3/5 game.

And Tōkon having difference with stages are we feeling Random Stage Select between every game or loser can pick?

With both having incredibly strong brackets all eyes will be on us to kick things off right.

@Kahsuga I give every fighting game a real shot and Tokon will be no different, but those are my current thoughts.

FWIW I liked the very first beta the most when characters were crazy

The thing about Tokon isn’t a character issue for what it’s worth. It’s a mechanical one.

The characters are genuinely pretty interesting, just heavily restricted by the game itself.
