It was a privilege to be chosen by HarperCollins to give voice to one of the greatest poets of our time—🏆 Nobel Prize laureate Wisława Szymborska.

Today, "The Acrobat: Essential Poems" is released as an audiobook.

This is the first English-language audiobook devoted to the works of Polish Nobel Prize laureate Wisława Szymborska.

My heartfelt thanks to HarperCollins and HarperAudio for your trust and for embracing authentic voices in storytelling.

On a personal note... poetry comes alive for me when it's... spoken. Years before narrating "The Acrobat", I had the honor of performing Wisława Szymborska's poetry in both English and the original Polish at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. That live performance was later recognized with a Voice Arts Awards (SOVAS) nomination—an honor that meant a great deal to me. (Watch performance - link in the comments.)

Szymborska's words continue to inspire, comfort, and remind us to look at the world with curiosity, humility, and wonder.
