It's true, Mario Potvin @mario_potvin_s and G.B. @Miss_eyes__
tried to trap me in order to dominate and control me. It was fraud and extortion punishable by life imprisonment.
@elonmusk@PierrePoilievre Contrary to what was reported in the newspaper, I did not handcuff Stéphane Paradis; it was actually Roger Noël @Roger_Noel_ who finalized handcuffing Stéphane Paradis. Contrary to what was reported by the newspaper, my sworn statement was destroyed by an investigator on the evening of July 2, 1996. Consequently, it was not submitted to the Quebec Provincial Police. This constitutes an obstruction of justice. #1A #FAKENEWS
Mr. Lamarre, I understand that you are pointing to the system and its mechanisms. However, as imperfect as it may be, it is unfortunately impossible for me to grant forgiveness to an abstract entity like the system. Forgiveness, for me, is something personal, directed at individuals, at concrete actions. Nevertheless, I thank you for your explanation, which sheds light on a different perspective.
I have a story to tell you. Back when I was an inspector-commander at the Quebec City Police Service, I chased after police officer Michel Ouellet. He was sitting in the driver’s seat of a truck in front of the Parliament in Quebec City. I approached him with my unmarked vehicle, looked him straight in the eyes, and he drove off. He took refuge in his truck on a construction site. Several men then formed a barricade on the site to protect Officer Michel Ouellet. I stared at him for a long time before leaving the site. Officer Michel Ouellet was very lucky to have protective friends.
There was also my great friend and supporter, Mr. Gaetan Labbé, who was assistant director and didn’t hesitate to give all the trouble in the world to police officer Michel Ouellet. Thank you, Gaetan.
@elonmusk@PierrePoilievre On July 2nd 1996, Stéphane Drolet from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and I were trapped and sacrificed to protect Lieutenant Pierre Voisard and his team. Lieutenant Voisard is shown in the photo . Contrary to what was reported in the newspaper, I did not handcuff Stéphane Paradis; it was actually Roger Noël
@Roger_Noel_
who finalized handcuffing Stéphane Paradis. Contrary to what was reported by the newspaper, detective Jean-Eudes Lachance destroyed the sworn statements of Stéphane Drolet and mine on the evening of July 2, 1996. At that time, he was a detective and the director of public relations for the Quebec City police department. Stephane Drolet did not know on the evening of July 2, 1996, that his sworn statement had been destroyed. Consequently, the solemn declarations have not been submitted to the Sûreté du Québec. This constitutes obstruction of justice. #1A #FAKENEWS
@elonmusk@PierrePoilievre In the photo, Sergeant Alain Labbé was present on the evening of July 2, 1996, under the command of Lieutenant Pierre Voisard.
@elonmusk@PierrePoilievre In 1996, Lieutenant Pierre Voisard refused to allow us to arrest members of the Hells Angels. Consequently, we arrested a significant number of members from the Rock Machine gang, who were at war wit
@elonmusk@PierrePoilievre
During briefings with Lieutenant Pierre Voisard, several officers would affectionately say to the lieutenant, "Chief, we always arrest Rock Machine members and never Hells Angels, poor Rock Machines".
@elonmusk@PierrePoilievre At that time, I took the initiative to start a criminal investigation into Lieutenant Pierre Voisard. From the photo note of that era
