If you have engine issues @Delta & keep people on plane for 1.5 hours after boarding you should at least offer a better on board flight service….

@DrewCarter2014@priceline Did they ever actually help you??? Still being “firm policy” holders of prepaid money takers and no hotel room for me. I think we need to get attorneys to look into this practice and round up enough people they have scammed to take them to court.
@CeciliaWirth@priceline I found a nice hotel in Mississippi. Told them my ordeal. They discounted my room and didn’t charge me an early check in fee. There are good people out there.
Traveling through the night to get to a work destination only to arrive and find out that @priceline and the @sheratonhotels won’t honor my reservation. $150 and I got here 20 mins after the audit so I’m a no show and won’t let me stay in a room I paid for….
@CeciliaWirth@priceline At least you got refunded with a cancellation fee. They have been absolutely horrible. Ended up driving two more hours fueled on anger and coffee.
@sheratonhotels super disappointed with your front desk service tonight. I arrived and no one was at the front desk. No valet. I see another lady with bags and she is said she had to park her car because no one was around.
This my middle of the night stop to break up a long trip. Now it’s 3am and I have no where to stay in a foreign city and out $150. Do better @sheratonhotels. People before profits and have some empathy…
