Gail has been a driving force behind the growth of women’s football in Wales for over 20 years. Gail has fought for equality for females within the game and paving the way for the next generation of girls to dream bigger. With passion, resilience, and belief in the power of the female game, lives have been changed.

This isn’t just a title — it’s recognition of decades of hard work and dedication to improve the female game of football in Wales.

Congratulations again Gail on this achievement. The future of Welsh football for women and girls is looking bright.
