@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas @MoneySavingExp BG have been billing me using readings from a faulty meter, which has now been replaced. I've exhausted the complaints process and it's being taken to the Ombudsman. I made a subject access request 20 days ago which has been ignored!

@BBCWatchdog @ofgem @EnergyOmbudsman I sent my complaint to you on Sunday but my case hasn't been assigned. I added transcripts as evidence from the chat I had today about my Subject Access Request, which BG are failing to address. I complained without the deadlock letter as they never provided it.
