For 25 years, Gorakshnath Devram Vairagar has walked nearly 25 km every day to keep his neighbourhood in Ahilya Nagar clean. After embracing Art of Living practices like Yoga, Meditation and Sudarshan Kriya, he begins each day with sadhana and carries his spirit of seva into his work.
His journey is a beautiful reminder that when we clean the world around us and the mind within, service becomes worship.
Ten years. One firm stand. And finally, justice.
When allegations were made against The Art of Living over the World Culture Festival 2016, Gurudev chose not to be shaken. He stood firmly by the truth and let time and justice speak.
A decade later, the truth stood vindicated.
All our amazing teachers from the region gathered, and we experienced a truly blissful time in the divine presence of Pujya @Gurudev Ji.
His very presence is a source of healing for all, and his words inspire us to spread joy and cultivate peace across the world.
He shines as the radiant sun, and we are all illumined by the brilliance of his light. Truly, a life lived in his divine presence is a life most worthy. 🌺

Life is like a movie, the director never appears on screen but the actor has to stay in tune with him to play the role. Similarly, the director of this world is unseen & meditation is our link to be in touch with the Divine. @Gurudev Shubh Ratri
#WATCH | Bengaluru: Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal joined the celebrations marking 45 years of the Art of Living Foundation’s service to humanity at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and AAP leader Manish Sisodia were also present at the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Kejriwal says, "...For over 20 years, I personally received immense love and trust from Guruji (Sri Sri Ravi Shankar), and I consider myself very fortunate for that. I want to extend my heartiest congratulations to Guruji and all the members of the Art of Living. Many congratulations to all of you for the 45 years of service the Art of Living has rendered to humanity... I have now formally become a member of the Art of Living family because I learned Sudarshan Kriya just last week. False allegations were leveled against us, leading to our imprisonment in Tihar Jail; however, there was one silver lining: Manish Sisodia learned Sudarshan Kriya while in Tihar. Upon his release, he inspired me to do the same, saying how wonderful the experience was..."

Sarvadi Sakshi Bhutam — the Guru is the eternal witness, all‑knowing and ever‑aware. Yet, out of boundless compassion, he chooses to remain with us in the simplicity of a human form. The gravest mistake one could make is to perceive him merely as a human being.
Through countless experiences in life, I have realized that his compassion flows from complete knowledge of the whole, while we, as humans, stumble through endless errors. To be at such a level is beyond ordinary comprehension. Therefore, never mistake that he does not know — for he knows everything.

In recent times, greed has made us insensitive to nature, to our own environment. Mass industrialization has led to large scale deforestation, exploitation of natural resources and pollution of the elements. We need to go back to honoring nature and being sensitive to nature.
