बिहार मेरे लिए केवल एक राज्य नहीं, बल्कि मेरी जड़ों, मेरी पहचान और मेरे संस्कारों की धरती है। मेरा जन्म चंपारण की उसी पावन मिट्टी में हुआ है, जिसने इतिहास में बदलाव की कई अमिट कहानियाँ लिखी हैं। यही वह धरती है जहाँ 1917 में महात्मा गांधी ने चंपारण सत्याग्रह के माध्यम से देश के स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन को नई दिशा दी और सत्य व अहिंसा की शक्ति को पूरे देश ने महसूस किया।

बिहार की धरती सदियों से ज्ञान, दर्शन और परिवर्तन की जननी रही है। बोधगया में भगवान बुद्ध को ज्ञान की प्राप्ति हुई और वैशाली की धरती ने भगवान महावीर के संदेशों को दुनिया तक पहुँचाया। वैशाली को विश्व के सबसे प्राचीन गणराज्यों में गिना जाता है, जहाँ लोकतांत्रिक परंपराओं की नींव बहुत पहले पड़ चुकी थी।

यही बिहार है जिसने विश्व को महान आचार्य चाणक्य दिए, जिनकी नीति और दूरदर्शिता आज भी शासन और रणनीति का मार्गदर्शन करती है। इसी मिट्टी ने महान गणितज्ञ और खगोलशास्त्री आर्यभट्ट को जन्म दिया, जिनकी खोजों ने गणित और विज्ञान को नई दिशा दी। नालंदा और विक्रमशिला जैसे विश्वप्रसिद्ध विश्वविद्यालयों ने इस भूमि को ज्ञान की वैश्विक राजधानी बनाया।

बिहार अपार संभावनाओं का प्रदेश है, मेहनतकश लोगों का प्रदेश है। यहाँ के लोगों की लगन, प्रतिभा और संघर्ष की शक्ति ही इसकी सबसे बड़ी पूँजी है। आज बिहार हर क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ रहा है और देश के विकास में अपनी मजबूत भूमिका निभा रहा है।

मुझे गर्व है कि मेरी संस्था PRP Group भी विभिन्न पहलों के माध्यम से बिहार के विकास, सकारात्मक संवाद और जनसरोकार से जुड़े कार्यों में अपनी साझेदारी निभाने का प्रयास कर रही है। हमारा प्रयास है कि संवाद, जागरूकता और सहयोग के माध्यम से राज्य की प्रगति की इस यात्रा में अपना छोटा सा योगदान दे सकें।

आज बिहार दिवस के अवसर पर अपनी जन्मभूमि चंपारण और इस गौरवशाली प्रदेश को नमन।

गर्व से कहता हूँ —
बिहार केवल इतिहास नहीं, बल्कि भविष्य की अनंत संभावनाओं की भी धरती है।
