Tocca, founded in 1994 is a perfume brand that indulges in the textual side of fine home decor and scents. They've got quite a good range of perfumes, with Florence and Collete being two real standouts. Their home range of candles and diffusers sound delightful in the best way.

Maison Matine; A truly artisanal perfume brand where collaboration with unique graphic artists yields some of the best designed bottles that embodies the creative spirit of this brand. Warni Warni continues to be a standout fragrance from the brand. Always been a favourite, that.

In 2013, Vicken Arslanian successfully crowd funded perfume brand Commodity through Kickstarter. An interesting brand that offers 3 variants of strengths through their perfumes - an interesting concept that more fragrance labels should adopt. The scents themselves are quality.

Jean-Francois Houbigant, a man who founded Houbigant in 1775 and thus created what may be one of the oldest perfumery Houses in the world. The collection of perfumes are timeless and with new compositions that hark back to the House's stories past, this is definitely royalty.

A couple toured through Europe and in doing so, crafted L'Arc Parfums; A perfume brand that has some of the best bottle designs in the business. The Memoire and Voyage Odyssey collections house some intriguing perfumes of which I'm mightily keen to encounter and delve into.

1961 was the year Yves Saint Laurent created his fashion House that's since become an industry juggernaut. The fragrance line is timeless: From Black Opium to Libre to Y to L'Homme, this is one famous fashion House that takes its fragrance game absolutely seriously. Top stuff.

Founded in 1993 by fashion artists Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, Viktor & Rolf is an avant garde fashion House that's taken the world by storm. Their fragrance line consists of icons like Spicebomb and Flowerbomb and both have become staples of hot designer fragrances.

In 1924, Hugo Boss was founded. Mostly known for their brand of exquisite suit making, the House, now known simply as BOSS, has a strong presence in the fragrance game. Boss Bottled continues to be a big seller and with good reason as there's nothing quite simply like it.

Chloé, founded in 1952, has become a statement fashion House of luxurious elegance and this is deeply embedded in their line of perfumes, whether it's the signature line of Chloé itself or the Nomade line of perfumes, they're certainly a standout line in designer perfumery.

Marc Jacobs, founded in 1994, put Grunge fashion at the forefront of all that it does and it has paid dividends. The Daisy line of perfumes are huge in the world of perfumery and that's on the back of the huge success of Decadence - a perfume that's become something of an icon.

In 1991, Christian Louboutin started his namesake House with the iconic red heels. Over 30 years later and Louboutin is a powerhouse in the world of fashion - and beauty, as well. Their line of fragrances are definitely unique in their structure and the bottle designs are wow.

1975 was the year when Giorgio Armani was born; a fashion powerhouse that has dominated ever since and one of my all time favourite fragrances, Acqua di Gio, continues to be my go to for fresh summer sensorial boost. There just isn't anything else even remotely close to it.

Hima Jomo, a perfume brand inspired by the majestic Himalayas, is easily one of the best discoveries for me thus far. The brand has an incredible line up of perfumes, and the Journal section on the website is easily one of the very best I've read in a long, long time. Superb.

The House of Carolina Herrera, founded in 1981 and becoming a prominent House in the fashion and beauty industry. Now run by her daughter, Carolina A. Herrera, the fragrances here are some of the best in the business, with the Good Girl range being a hugely successful line alone.

Founded in New York City in 2004 by Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz, Malin+Goetz is a skincare and candle House that was and continues to be at the forefront of sustainable skincare for all. Their perfume line isn't too shabby either, with Dark Rum and Leather being favourites.

The Moffat Perfume Company, founded in 2018 in Scotland, prides itself on its creations which infuse the rich history of Scotland which, let's be honest, is incredibly amazing. I quite like this brand - not too loud and boastful like a lot of these other brands. Good stuff.

Artist Lucy Webster and indie perfumer Jacob Grainger came together in 2025 to found Nosu Parfum; a perfume label that has three perfumes to its name and all three have the kind of description I love to see - not the pretentious guff you see from many brands these days. Love it.

Im 1971, Issey Miyake founded his namesake House and created a refreshing and clean name in the fashion industry and the perfumes are testament to that. Issey Miyake Pour Homme is iconic for a reason as it's such a clean, fresh and crisp fragrance. Even now it's still incredible.

In 1967, Loris Azzaro spearheaded Azzaro; The House that set out to disrupt the fashion industry and leave its own unique stamp on it. The fragrance line has one of the most unique bottles in Wanted - a perfume that's as seductive as it is unusual. But the bottle is superb.

In 1967, Ralph Lauren launched a neck wear line under the name Polo - the rest is history. The fragrance line from this House is easily one of the mainsteam perfume world's most popular line of fragrances. Polo Red and Blue in particular are absolute titans and for a good reason.
