I had been using @rapidobikeapp for delivering some custom care packages this month. Yesterday the captain, ended the ride after reaching the destination and without delivering the package. I couldn't contact him since I didn't have his number. (to be cont.)
They say I should use the "send local items" feature but I get no delivery agent when I use this feature to send packages. After waiting for half-hour I use the default feature. Now, they say they can't do anything about the missing package. (to be cont.)
