Union Cabinet has approved the Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) for Non-Gazetted Railway Employees. The bonus will benefit railway staff across categories, including: Track Maintainers, Loco Pilots, Train Managers (Guards) Pointsman, Ministerial Staff and other Group ‘C’ Staff

An incentive of ₹2009.61 Crores (approx.) will go to more than 11.40 lakh Railway Employees for their excellent performance.

A bonus equivalent to 78 days’ wages will be paid for FY 2025-26, benefitting 11.40 lakh+ railway employees.
