If you have a sloping square and have problems with water running under the covers, give this a go. Roll up old covers, germination sheets, or use guttering under a flat sheet to create a barrier. Water will collect or run onto outfield which should drain better than the square.
Just one game last weekend, against Simba CC who scored 156-10 on another good SCC deck. 3 wickets for Tristan in a great 10 over spell. Sadly our batting let us down again, regularly losing wickets to risky or just poor shots. SCC 80-10 when we should have won,
