@TheAthleticFC The fact you lead this with an Arsenal headline, even though they still would've won the league, is laughable. I don't even really like Arsenal, but grow up.
@SamuelCol1115 I think PGMO are saying he's made a mistake not overturning his original decision. Ref stuck with his original decision, not going along with the VAR. Which simply confirms it was a subjective decision.
@SamuelCol1115 They aren't apologising. Simply stating that it should've been deemed a DELIBERATE handball. Which would've led to the goal being disallowed.
They are also saying it is justifiable that the ref deemed it accidental.
Essentially it was a subjective call.
Learn the laws.
@SamuelCol1115 Laws of the game here, in black and white...
Tell me where it says that an accidental handball in the lead up to a goal is an offence, EXCEPT when the offence is by the goal scorer.
The interpretation from PGMO is that this was a deliberate handball. Not that it was accidental.
@Breed9ja@AnythingArs_ Are you a bit slow? Clearly just proving the point that since he arrived, Carrick has us outperforming every other team in the league.
@Robbouts@DorkingWDRS He kind of did to get it off the pitch. Whether you agree or disagree it's deliberate that it goes into the crowd, he clearly has to throw it in that direction...
@calluke20 @CraigRudders Would you honestly say the same though, had this been a Chelsea goal scored from an offside position to win the match against 10-man Wrexham?
