"Beer Can't Fix" I was not a fan of...I viewed it as an inferior regeneration of Chris Janson's "Fix A Drink," plus the lyrics were incredibly basic. Although I don't recall if "Beer Can't Fix" got to #1.

@FiddleSabre @lukecombs Ugh. It still annoys me this was picked over "Six Feet Apart." I view Lovin' On You's success as a victory for corporate radio - the fans wanted Six Feet Apart, but instead the label thought it was necessary in the summer months to shove another safe, list-like song. Ugh.

@Y108Pittsburgh @OnAirKristen Beer Can’t Fix. That song is gotta be THE most annoying thing TR has released since “Vacation.” Bland, generic, formulaic. Felt very out-of-place especially after some solid singles in “Remember You Young,” “Sixteen,” “Life Changes,” etc. TR can do much, much better.
