@RoyalMail Your tracking service shows two supposed delivery attempts in two days (but same photo🤔) of a parcel that doesn't need a signature. No 'Something for me card' was left on either occasion and I can't request collection or redelivery without it. What to do? Now urgent.

@coopuk WHY oh WHY are your app and web so disjointed? Literally asking me to download the app whilst in the app (logged in to my account), & failing to get to Co-op Live ticket purchase platform when that is the journey I took. Needs a full digi overhaul.
