Clear communication matters more than frequent communication.
As a leader, it's not enough to share the vision once. You must communicate it consistently and with clarity until people understand it, embrace it, and can repeat it themselves.
Confusion slows progress. Clarity creates alignment.
Invest in improving your ability to communicate clearly today.

This is an unusual conference for pastors and church leaders. An answer to prayer. An opportunity to unleash all-round growth while reducing stress. Itโs not just about inspiration, but about doing practical deep dives to develop a 90-day plan for taking your church to the next level. It is better attended with a leadership team to make execution smoother. Date is July 16-17, 2026. Itโs onsite only. Seats are very limited and going fast. Register today: https://t.co/rhuol7gOUR.
It is difficult for bitterness and vision to co-exist in the heart. Bitterness can kill a vision. We need to let go of the trauma we have experienced, by forgiving others. Or else, even if the vision is fulfilled, we may lack empathy for others and use our success for revenge.
@iam_KiKie Where there is no law, there is no sin. We need to communicate as much as we need to people hurting us the impact of their actions. If someone hurts us willfully and consistently, we may need to create distance, except we have extraordinary reasons to bear the pain.
Increasing your leadership capacity has a multiplier effect on your business, career, relationships, health, and finances. Join the SHIFT leadership movement at the LEADERSHIP LIVE online on this platform today.
Continuing on our current path is not an option. We must view our challenges as unprecedented opportunities to build a new nation that works for everyone. Together, we can achieve this, God helping us.
The trauma that Nigerians continue to endure is profound. Currently, 46 children and their teachers remain in the hands of their kidnappers, with one teacher already dead. The unimaginable plight of these individuals is a source of extreme distress for their families.
As citizens, our priority should be to demand this national discussion. This is a true demonstration of leadership, rather than waiting for a savior. The elite class has a responsibility to convene this dialogue and envision an economically advanced Nigeria that embraces our diversity and values.
