I spoke with UK Prime Minister @Keir_Starmer. We discussed the current developments and exchanged views on the next steps.

We are coordinating our positions and doing everything to achieve guaranteed peace as soon as possible and bring an end to this war.

Peace is needed for all of us. A just peace with clear security guarantees. Together with the leadership of the United States and all of Europe, this is absolutely achievable.

I am grateful for the advice and support during this challenging time. We will always remember everything the British people have done for Ukrainians and our shared security.

As NHS hospitals experience a “tidal wave” of flu cases, it is amazing news that vaccine bookings surged by 124% yesterday with 21,144 booked in just one day. I’m eligible and have had my vaccines - and it’s not too late to book if you haven’t already.

Too often, I have said to my friends, 'Please just watch my drink', stood with my hand over a drink or looked at it, concerned it was not the colour it should be.

Today is equal pay day - the day when women effectively stop getting paid because of the gender pay gap.

At current rates it will take 16 years to close this gap.

The employee rights bill is vital for women’s pay and equality:

✅ Day 1 rights against unfair dismissal, sick pay & parental leave
✅ Day 1 flexible working rights
✅ Extended redundancy and unfair dismissal protections for pregnant and new parents
✅ Ban zero-hours contracts
