@nch1915 I had a fraud encounter from Aachho. I paid from online order and they never delivery a part of order and never responded - atleast 100 msg via whatsup, email , insta , twitter and calls . This is a fraud and I’m sure many faced it . Needs action

@Nespresso I complained about an issue I’m dealing with for more than a year and no one from Nespresso Uk has even managed to look into or respond or resolve. This is not about me loosing the money. Rather you as a company lacking fair customer policies and ethical standards

@NespressoUK can’t believe that for 1.5 years I’m only trying to convince you that it’s a faulty model that you have sold and the amount of business you have lost over capsules and man hours for dealing with customer and repairing the machine . Does it make a good business sense

@NespressoUK must know that one of the Virtuo model is faulty and yet when customer offered to buy a new machine you would not support ! You rather lose customer for good but not hear genuine concerns and value time wasted ! There are many to take over Nespresso’s market share
