@hackneygazette Starting and succeeding are two very different things. There’s a big push from corp in replacing employees with AI agents leaving GenZ with no other option but to become self sufficient that’s why the creator economy is tripling in value. Both non sustainable.

@Techcenterr Stability is important but don’t confuse macro-political stability, which you cannot wait for, with operational predictability, which you can build. Stability you wait for never comes. Stability you build, by giving people jobs, ownership and a reason to stay, does.

Lebanon keeps treating innovation as one Beirut story & that’s a mistake. A country with this much regional variety should run a network of zones, each owning one thing it can credibly lead generating vertical innovation, job opportunities and growth. Competition can be healthy.

وأكد الجميع استعدادهم الكامل للمشاركة في إنجاح هذا المؤتمر الوطني الجامع، الذي يهدف إلى توحيد الجهود واستقطاب الاستثمارات وتعزيز التكامل بين المؤسسات الاقتصادية الرئيسية، بما يرسّخ مكانة طرابلس كمركز اقتصادي ولوجستي واستثماري متقدم على مستوى لبنان وشرق المتوسط.

@AbdllahAlneaimi Beautiful post. Our identity is rooted to the Phoenicians, who spread across the Mediterranean. Even within Lebanon itself, each village and region can have its own food prep, vocab, and customs..nuances that make us layered rather than uniform + we assimilate well as expats.
