@jonbradbury @neewerofficial I’ve a similar, if possibly less, use case for mine. Shame really as it’s an incredible tripod. Just weighs so much. Thanks for link, that’s a great spec, weighs less than any SLR I use so a no brainer really

I’ve tried them 3 times today, and the last attempt of them to resolve it was to contact Barclays, they said they won’t help. No apology for the inconvenience which is frustrating as it’s their error.
