“From Womb to Mind: How Early-Life Health and Nutrition Shape Cognitive Development in India”

The lecture will explore how early-life nutritional and health conditions influence long-term cognitive outcomes, drawing upon evidence from development economics, population health, and policy research. The topic is especially relevant for understanding human capital formation and inter-generational inequality in India and other low- and middle-income countries.
