GM Valery Kazakouski (Lithuania) was impeccable and was proclaimed champion of the 2025 Sants Chess Open. Runner-up was IM Nikoloz Petriashvili (Georgia) and also achieved the GM norm. In third place was IM Yannay Ben Ari (Israel)
The Italian IM Andrea Favarolo played a very good game in this ninth round with three great moves. But, he was unable to achieve victory against the FM Daviti Nemsadze (Armenia). The game ended in a draw.
