When we informed colleagues of error in urinalysis they argued about our data. We repeated the studies many times, from different perspectives and urinalysis looked even worse. So they said “Let’s argue about treatment instead.” No! Advice based on urinalysis is the problem.

Standard antibiotic treatment fails 28% to 37% of UTIs. Don't know about you but we find this failure rate alarming. And we are actual, living evidence of what happens when UTI guidelines fail patients. Long-term pain, loss of jobs, relationships, social & family life.
