#BREAKING — Two Utah children who were reported missing in an AMBER Alert over the weekend have been found safe in Mexico, according to Saratoga Springs Police.

Their father has been taken into custody.

Their father, Dane Richman, is in custody. He is charged with two counts of custodial interference.

Police continue their search for Dane Richman, who they believe kidnapped his sons: 10 m.o. Wesley & 22 m.o. Will.

They tracked Richman’s car to Mexico.

Family members believe he is comfortable “living off the grid.”

Staci is now under arrest, charged with first degree murder. Her arraignment is scheduled Thursday, May 28th.

West Virginia PD says they worked with Utah Law Enforcement early in the investigation to help with a welfare check, but haven’t needed them since.

#BREAKING: West Virginia mom accused of murdering daughter after they planned to move to Utah.

50y.o. Staci Wind reported her 26y.o. daughter, Ayla, missing May 18th, the day they planned to move to UT.

On May 22, Police found Ayla’s remains buried in a shallow grave in WV.

JUST IN: We're getting a first look at renderings for the new Box Elder County data center, released by the O'Leary group and their architecture firm, Gensler.

The campus' master plan shows 60 data centers on an initial 10,000-acre portion of the site.

There are six clusters, a buffer on the edge of the property, solar arrays to generate solar power in addition to natural gas and battery power, and a "mixed-use innovation district," aka a "downtown" with some amenities and possibly some housing for workers.

The "downtown" portion will be, according to O'Leary's website, "a master-planned innovation district within Utah’s growing tech corridor."

"Yes, the campus is 7.5 gigawatts at full build-out," an O'Leary rep. told the architecture magazine Dazeen. "But that's phased over more than a decade, on a MIDA-designated project area zoned specifically for this kind of generational infrastructure. The building footprints are a small percentage of the total acreage — the rest is preserved native landscape, stormwater detention with native vegetation, and ecological corridors."

#BREAKING - The Department of Health & Human Services confirms a Utah resident is onboard the MV Hondius, the cruise ship that experienced a hantavirus outbreak.

DHHS is working to get the passenger home safely. They say it does not increase the risk of hantavirus to the state.

ABC4 sent a reporter to cover a potential boycott of a plant nursery in Layton due to the owner's position on the MIDA board spearheading the Box Elder County data center. The owner, also a Utah lawmaker, approached ABC4's crew, and police became involved.
